The Pacific Northwest College of Art (PNCA) is a private fine arts and design college located in Portland, Oregon. It’s the only art and design college in Portland and it offers 11 Bachelor of Fine Art degrees, eight graduate degrees including Master of Fine Arts and Master of Arts degrees, a Post-Baccalaureate, as well as a range of Community Education programs.
PNCA's campus is centered on the tree-lined North Park Blocks in downtown Portland in a neighborhood that is home to most of the city's art galleries and design studios.
The College actively participates in the cultural life of Portland, and regularly hosts exhibitions, lectures and internationally recognized artists, designers and creative thinkers.

The College’s Office of Student Life will welcome and support you as an incoming student from day one. They can help you get the most from your PNCA experience and meet any challenge you might face, both inside and outside the classroom.
There’s a wide range of activities you can get involved in to help you settle in to life at PNCA, including beach field trips, all-school breakfasts and parties, spontaneous ping pong games, monthly First Thursday art receptions, and daily afternoon tea in the print studio. Students also regularly organize exhibitions, performances, and pop-up shops.

PNCA offers a variety of scholarships for domestic and international students alike. Scholarships range from $10,000-$19,000 depending on quality of portfolio, GPA, and essay. There is no additional application to be considered for these scholarships. The scholarships are renewable for up to four years and require that students maintain a 2.0 GPA.
Students are considered automatically for scholarships for Fall, if applying before January 31. After Jan 31, students are considered until funds have been exhausted.
Scholarships vary depending on the strength of students portfolio, grades and essay.
Scholarship ranges from $10,000 - 18,000 / year which are renewable if student maintains a GPA of 2.0.
Average scholarship - $10,000 - $15,000 / year
For Fall 2020, #YouAreWelcomeHere Scholarship, two annual, renewable scholarships that cover a minimum of 50% tuition.
