    Study abroad at the University of Central Florida

    Based in Orlando, the University of Central Florida (UCF) is a US public research university, and is one of the largest institutions in the US. UCF offers more than 220 degree programs in 13 colleges.

    As an international student you can join the Universities UCF Global program, which is specifically designed to help you transition to life in Orlando. Your classes will be tailored to your academic level, and English language ability. You’ll be able to choose from more than 100 undergraduate degree programs, and receive personalized academic and career support.

    There’s plenty for you to do outside the campus, with more than 600 student clubs and organizations available for you to join. UCF has more than 50 intramural sports leagues, and 16 organized teams that compete in NCAA Division I. The University also has its own arena on campus, a theater and state-of-the-art teaching facilities and laboratories.

    Life as an international student

    UCF is home to thousands of international students from more than 150 countries. As a student on the UCF Global program, you’ll receive extra help and support including airport pickup on your first day in Orlando.

    You will also benefit from small class sizes, learning alongside other international students. Extra help is available to improve your English language skills, and academic tutoring to make sure you’re fully prepared to complete your degree at UCF.

    All international students at UCF can live on campus to get the full US college experience. Campus housing comes with all utilities included, and you’ll live in a private bedroom in a shared apartment with kitchen and bathrooms. You can also get dining memberships which give you unlimited access to dining halls.
