The University of Wisconsin Parkside is a nationally-recognized, public university located in Kenosha, Wisconsin, USA. The University offers 41 majors and 56 minors, as well as certificate level qualifications and graduate master’s degrees.
The University is made up of four colleges covering arts and humanities; natural and health science; business, economics and computing; and social sciences and professional studies.
Their campus is set over 700 acres of prairie and woodland and includes a wide range of facilities for students to enjoy. All freshmen and sophomores are required to reside in the university residence halls unless you qualify for an exemption.
On campus there are more than 70 clubs and organizations you can get involved with, as well as regular events you can attend. Parkside’s sports and athletics teams are known as The Rangers, and compete in the NCAA Division II.

Orientation takes place before term starts and welcomes you to the University. You’ll also get a tour around the campus, receive important information on things like registrations and health insurance, finalize your program schedule, and be introduced to other US and international students.
International students can be employed at the University for 20 hours a week while school is in session and during Winterim. During summer breaks, students are eligible to work up to 25 hours per week at the University.
