Global/International Awards for Freshmen students

  • Amount: covers up to US$18,000

  • Requirements: Merit-based scholarship, holistic approach. For freshman independent applicants not on sponsorship based upon two conditions, admissibility and coming from a country other than the United States.

  • Amount: From US$4,000 to US$6,000 international scholarship range to be awarded based on one’s academic

  • Requirements: B US$4,000; B+ US$5,000; A US$6,000 (grade equivalencies will be determined by staff in the Office of Global Admissions and documented on the Ballot Sheet)

Catholic School Award

  • Amount: US$2,000
  • Requirements: To connect GU to secondary schools under the Catholic Faith Tradition and attract students drawn to post-secondary education inspired and informed by that Tradition.

Note: Students with Athletic Aid or anticipating Athletic Aid are not eligible for Academic Awards.

Graduate Funding

Graduate Awards:

  • Amount: US$3,000 per program

  • Requirement: Graduate applicants can be awarded $3000 at the time of admission; award is given per session or semester at US$1,000 contingent upon full-time enrollment. Eligibility and availability for this award vary by program.

  • Amount: US$2,500 per Semester or Session

  • Requirements: Graduate applicants can be awarded US$2,500 per semester or session contingent upon full-time enrollment. Eligibility and availability for this award vary by program.
