I feel Portland, OR is a beautiful city where nature and buildings are fused. There are a lot of places and events to enjoy. However, it seems that the population has increased in the last few years and the security has deteriorated a little. And, the rent in Portland are higher than the average in the United States.

Abilene is my biggest concern regarding McMurry, very small town, and very conservative in general. Not much activities or things to do. Pretty outdated.

Abilene is a very strange city, many weird people walk around at night and there’s not much to do here.
