Study abroad at Hesston College

Hesston College, located in Hesston, Kansas, US, is a two-year residential private college accredited by the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools, and is authorized to grant degrees by the State of Kansas.

The college is just 30 minutes north of Wichita, and is home to nearly 450 students. It offers more than 50 academic majors and six pre-professional programs for transfer, and students can earn an associate degree or the Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree.

Students live in modular living units (mods) which provide a casual, comfortable, intimate environment. The college offers a variety of campus clubs including, ultimate frisbee, campus stewardship council and gaming club.

Life as an international student

Hesston is home to a healthy mix of students from 20 countries, 32 states and 25 religious affiliations. The University offers a number of student support services, including peer-led and instructor-led group study sessions, one-to-one tutoring and an international student success team that monitors each international student's academic progress and provides support and assistance as needed.

A guaranteed scholarship for $8,000 will be offered to each qualified applicant. In addition to the $8,000 scholarship, additional scholarships up to $5,000 can be available depending on a variety of factors such as academic marks, language ability, timing of application, program of study, extracurricular involvement and others.
