Why study in Ipswich?

Ipswich is a large town in the English county of Suffolk. Located close to the east coast, Ipswich is 66 miles north of London, and is the oldest Anglo-Saxon town in England. The town has a long and rich history, and is home to nationally recognized museums, Tudor mansions and a stunning waterfront where you’ll find the University of Suffolk.

The town is well connected by rail to the rest of the UK, with London just over an hour away. There are plenty of events that take place in Ipswich throughout the year including an arts festival and jazz festival. It’s location close to the sea means students can enjoy sailing and trips to the beach.
