Why study in Chur?

Chur, Switzerland, is the largest city in the canton of Grisons. It’s an Alpine city that is predominantly German speaking, and around 20% of the population are non-Swiss. The city’s medieval old town is free of cars, and home to a number of heritage sites of national significance, such as the post office and town hall.

As an international student you may appreciate Chur’s skiing and hiking opportunities with the town’s cable car providing access to the mountains. The town’s proximity to Zurich means it is only 90 minutes away by train, and for exploring further afield, trains to Italy are also available.
