Why study in Kaunas?

Kaunas is Lithuania’s second city, and was historically the economic and cultural center of the country. The city’s 14th century Old Town features medieval architecture including Kaunas Castle and the Presidential Palace. Kaunas is a great city of art and culture; there are a number of museums and galleries in the city, and it has even been designated a European Capital of Culture for 2022.

The city can be traveled on foot, but it also has a well developed public transport system with numerous bus routes. The city has its own international airport, which opens up plenty of opportunities for exploring the rest of Europe while you study in Kaunas.

Kaunas, is fairly good city for foreigners, people here are helpful and friendly too. No wishy washy business, people help you if you need their help. I'm a person who feels racism is simply a tool for the weak and the meek and Kaunasians seem to feel the same too. Public transports are decent, nightlife's safe and fun if you know what's happening around you, and yeah I feel pretty warm in Kaunas.

Kaunas I feel is a very quiet and small city, connected very well with cheap public transportation. Nightlife is okay with a few good bars, restaurants and clubs. It's peaceful.

Small, cozy, and cold; best way i can describe Kaunas. Not much to do after knowing the ins and outs, the public transport is good, nightlife is decent but im not into that. Although the people are cold.
