Why study in Kōfu?

Kōfu is a city in Japan, and is the capital of Yamanashi Prefecture. The city is famous for its wine production, with many wineries and vineyards open to the public for tours and tastings. Kōfu sits in the shadow of Mt. Fuji, and is surrounded by mountains on all sides, giving the city impressive scenery and plenty of opportunities for hiking and other outdoor activities.
