Frederick University is a private university in the Republic of Cyprus; it operates in two cities – Nicosia and Limassol. The Nicosia campus is the larger of the two campuses and is situated in the Pallouriotissa area, just two kilometers from the city center. Both campuses are designed with modern facilities to meet the academic, research, social and recreational needs of the University’s community.
The University is considered to be one of the most established universities in the region, offering innovative programs of study that address societal needs and responsibilities. The University offers over 80 programs across five schools of study that focus on the international employability of its graduates across fields such as engineering, science, the arts, education, humanities, health sciences and architecture. Fees and funding
Frederick University tuition fees are calculated per ECTS in order to ensure the fairest system for the students. Specifically, calculating the fees based on ECTS load ensures that student fees reflect the actual learning that the student obtains.
Undergraduate tuition: €7,800 - €8,400 per year Postgraduate tuition: €9,000 per program
For Year 1 - up to 25% for international students based on the academic merit of high school performance.
Students maintaining a good GPA can continue with scholarships:
- Undergraduate studies - 5-50%
- Postgraduate studies - 10-25%
There are a broad range of scholarships available to athletes, which are assessed once students arrive on campus and participate in one of the teams. Coordinators will make proposals for discounts.
If students are eligible for more than one scholarship they will only receive the highest scholarship.
