Study abroad at Hong Kong Polytechnic Business School

Hong Kong Polytechnic University (PolyU) has a seven decade history of applied education. PolyU advances knowledge through research and transfers knowledge and technology through education and service. The University has around 28,500 students enrolled in programs in the School’s faculties: the Faculty of Applied Science and Textiles, Faculty of Business, Faculty of Construction and Environment, Faculty of Engineering, Faculty of Health and Social Sciences, Faculty of Humanities, School of Design, and School of Hotel and Tourism Management.

The PolyU campus is home to classrooms and laboratories, as well as offering sport and recreational facilities to students. A full range of services including restaurants, bookstore and banks are also available on the 9.5 hectare campus. There is also accommodation available for non-local students: Hung Hom Halls and Homantin Halls, which are subject to availability.

Life as an international student

The Hong Kong Polytechnic University Students’ Union (HKPUSU) is the official organization representing full time students at PolyU, including international students. Orientation, exhibitions, seminars, cultural shows, debates, and competitions are organized for all members of the Students’ Union throughout the year.

There are a range of additional activities organized every year by the different faculties, schools, Students’ Associations and societies of HKPUSU.
