Study in Brisbane

All the information you need about studying in Brisbane as an international student.

Why study in Brisbane?

Brisbane is Australia’s third largest city and the capital of Queensland, and is well known for its warm climate, friendly people and laid-back lifestyle. It’s an education hub, and is home to four of Australia’s most highly rated universities. Students living in the city can enjoy all the amenities of a major city, as well as nearly 300 days of sunshine a year, idyllic islands to visit and an eclectic arts scene.

Just two hours from the city you can visit the World Heritage listed Gondwana Rainforests, which offer stunning scenery and popular hiking and camping spots. You can get around the city on foot, but there are also extensive bus routes you can use. For those that want to travel further afield, Brisbane International Airport is only 20 kilometers from the city center.
