      "Hesston’s theatre program provides students with opportunities to perform and assist on the highest quality of collegiate theatre with the added benefit of leading roles and positions that are often reserved for juniors and seniors. Creativity and talent are nurtured by faculty and staff who are highly qualified in both the academic and professional arenas of the theatre world. Students are given guided, individual instruction in a beautifully renovated facility that promotes and enhances the quality of our performing arts programs, both technically and artistically. We believe theatre is not contained on the stage and can be utilized in every profession and classroom. Performance opportunities include four mainstage theatre productions each year, improv theatre and a traveling theatre company; technical opportunities with stage management, choreography/dance, dramaturgy, costume, hair and makeup effects, set and prop construction, scenic painting, lighting, sound, backstage crew and directors for one-acts or play festival."

      TOEFL iBT 32 / IELTS 4.5 TOELF PBT 400 / CBT 97 / TOEIC 350 iTEP 2.5 / MELAB 54 / STEP Pre-2 / GTEC CBT 700

      If you're graduating from an English language high school, the requirement is waived, but students will be required to take the TOEFL upon arriving on campus.

      For entry to Hesston, you'll need to provide the following:

      • Application for Admission (no fee is required)
      • Copy of photo page of current passport -A copy of the secondary school transcript (courses taken and grades earned)If the applicant has taken any national examination, a copy of the results must be sent. If you have already completed any university study, that transcript should also be sent.
      • Evidence of English language proficiency required in most cases.
      • Evidence of adequate financial resources (bank statement or bank letter, etc.) which shows the availability of funds for a minimum of the first year of study at Hesston College.
      • Advance payment deposit may be required.
