- B1 for the programs under the Graduate School of Science and Engineering

- 65 for bachelor’s degree seeking students
- 65 for the programs under the Graduate School of Science and Engineering

PTE Academic

Applicants without valid English exam scores need to pass Istanbul Kemerburgaz University's English Proficiency Exam for applications to programs in English.

Fees and funding
Undergraduate students are required to make payments for each academic year they enroll. Students have the option of making a full payment at the beginning of academic year or can choose to make payments in two installments. Graduate degree students are required to make full payment of their program fee in the first academic year of enrollment. Students have the option of making a full payment at the beginning of academic year or can choose to make payments in two installments. For any late payments pass the due date of enrollment for academic courses will be charged a 5% late penalty fee.
Undergraduate tuition
- Tuition - USD$8,500 per year
- School of Medicine - USD$25,000 per year
- School of Pharmacy - USD$15,000 per year
Graduate tuition
- Tuition - USD$6,900 per program
Honor Scholarship
- Amount: First student in ranking: The student is exempt of the total of the tuition fee Second student in ranking: The student is exempt of half of the tuition fee Third student in ranking: The student is exempt of one-quarter of the tuition fee
- Requirements
Students enrolled in their regular programs and who have obtained a GPA greater than 3.50 out of 4.00 will be entitled an honor scholarship with the condition that they are registered to a full load. Students on OSYM Scholarship fulfilling the same conditions are entitled to this scholarship with similar percentages. Assessment for this scholarship is done at the beginning of each academic year. Students need not apply for the scholarship. The directorate of Health, Culture and Sports informs the students who are entitled to the scholarship.
Sports and Art Scholarships
Students who have obtained national or international degrees in arts and/or sports competitions and who are selected to represent the university in art and/or sports organizations are entitled to a scholarship whose amount is decided on by the Board of Trustees.
Undergraduate
100% and 75% Tuition Scholarship Amount: 100% and 75% Tuition Fee Coverage Requirements: students need to submit an SAT score along with their application. Without a valid SAT score, students will not be considered for those scholarship categories.
50% and 25% Tuition Scholarship Amount: 50% and 25% Tuition Fee Coverage Requirement: For %50 and %25 tuition scholarship, having a SAT score is an advantage but not required.
Graduate Scholarships
- %50 and %25 tuition scholarships are available on merit basis.
