"Environmental Studies represents an interdisciplinary and integrated approach to examining human-environment relationships. The Bachelor of Environmental Studies (BES) (Natural Sciences) equips graduates with the tools needed to engage in proactive environmental citizenship and to work in environmental science fields in Canada and abroad. Upon completion, students will have developed the depth of knowledge required to continue to graduate or other professional studies, and they may seek additional related professional accreditation after graduation."

- IELTS (Academic) - score of 6.5 or higher with a minimum band score of 6.0
- TOEFL (includes Home Edition) - score of 88 or higher (iBT) with no section below 20
- CAEL - score of 70
- PTE - score of 61 with 60 in writing
- Cambridge - Certificate of Proficiency in English (CPE) min C
- Cambridge - Certificate of Advanced English (CAE) - A
- EIKEN - Grade 1
- CanTEST - score of 4.5 with a minimum writing score of 4.0
- MELAB - score of 85
- LPI - score of 30 (Level 5)
- English 12 C+ (or recognized Canadian equivalent)
At least 70-75% average needed in high school marks (Varies depending on the program).
3.0 GPA on a four-year degree and 2-3 years of work experience (varies depending on the program).
Fees and funding
- Undergraduate tuition - CAD$18,900 / year
- Graduate tuition - CAD$25,000 / program
International Excellence Entrance Scholarship
This scholarship is available to top international applicants who apply to study at UFV in their graduating year or have recently graduated with a minimum overall GPA (Grade Point Average) of 3.75.
Preference will be given to applicants who have applied to a degree program. Eligible recipients will be awarded CAD$5,000 per year over four years. To maintain receipt of the yearly scholarship, students must have a CGPA of 3.0 for the previous year's studies.
International Regional Entrance Scholarship
This scholarship is available to top international applicants who have applied to UFV in their graduating year or have recently graduated with a minimum overall GPA (Grade Point Average) of 3.0. The amount per applicant is CAD$5,000.
