WHY STUDY THIS PROGRAM?
In the painting, drawing and watercolor program at Millersville University, these art forms are considered sources of artistic expression as well as nonverbal communication. Work in oil, acrylic and other related media to explore both traditional and contemporary techniques and approaches. Experience the Art & Design department's 1700-square-foot studio, which is equipped with sturdy metal easels, wooden easels and tablorets that accommodate the changing needs of class projects.

This concentration, housed within the Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A.) Art major, encourages students to discover creative solutions to visual problems."
