To meet the general entry requirements for bachelor's studies, applicants must:

  • have successfully completed your upper secondary (high school) education (post-16)
  • additional mathematics requirement

    successful completion of courses in mathematics equal to the Swedish courses Mathematics 1a, 1b or 1c.

English proficiency

  • IELTS: 6.5, Reading 5.5, Writing 5.5, Listening 5.5, Speaking 5.5
  • TOEFL: 90, Writing 20

Postgraduate

  • IELTS: 6.5, Reading 5.5, Writing 5.5, Listening 5.5, Speaking 5.5
  • TOEFL: 90, Writing 20

TOEFL iBT Home Edition and IELTS Online scores are accepted

English proficiency waivers

  • UG/PG degree taught in English
  • Studies Completed in a Recognised English-speaking Country
  • Completion of 1 year (60 credits) from an EU/Switzerland institution
  • Students from India and Pakistan with degrees in Engineering, Natural Sciences, Computer Science
  • At least 1 year of higher education in English

Funding

Kristianstad University Scholarship

The scholarship will be awarded to citizens of a country outside the EU/EEA with the requirement of paying tuition fees for studies at Kristianstad University. If granted a scholarship, it will include a full or partial reduction of the tuition fees. Keep in mind that these scholarships do not cover your living costs.
