"This one-year Master of Animation is directed towards realizing your creative potential. You will learn to critically and creatively integrate innovatory studio work with theoretical principles.


The programme is delivered in 12 months, across 2 semesters starting early September and ending late August. It is comprised of 5 study periods and corresponding units of study. Each period ends with an assessment correlated to adhering intended learning outcomes. 4 learning tracks run throughout the programme to enable students to develop their animation practice in correlation to the intended learning outcomes: Storytelling & Design, Producing, Positioning and Research, and Professional Practice."

English proficiency waivers

  • You are exempt from the English language proficiency test or statement if you have obtained a diploma of secondary education in a country listed in the diploma list as published on the website of the Dutch Code of Conduct International Student
  • Have completed a degree that was taught entirely in English.

Funding

Personal scholarships can be obtained from various organisations. Some offer scholarships within the framework of cultural agreements between the Netherlands and your home country.
