Undergraduate: TOEFL 65 / IELTS 6.0 / PTE 48 / SAT 23 critical reading or 470 EBRW Postgraduate: TOEFL 79 / IELTS 6.5 / PTE 56

English certification isn't required if you graduated high school or completed at least a year at an institution at a recognized English speaking country.

If a student takes SAT or ACT will make them eligible for higher scholarships.

Any student with an IB Diploma will not need an English certification.

Undergraduate requirements

For applying to Felician University you will need:

  • A completed online application form
  • Essay / personal statement online
  • Official copies of secondary school transcripts in English or official copies of all post-secondary transcripts in English if you have completed any university work
  • All nursing transfer students are required to submit a credential evaluation of any foreign university work upon application. All other transfer applicants are required to submit a credential evaluation once admitted to the college.
  • A personal statement
  • $30 application fee
  • English proficiency exam
  • SAT/ACT scores for first time freshmen, if available. These tests are not required for undergraduate admission unless you are applying for the Nursing program. We do highly recommend that these test scores are submitted in order to qualify for higher scholarship awards
  • Copy of passport information page
  • Financial certifications and agreement of financial support, if applying for an F1 student visa

Postgraduate requirements

  • A completed online application form
  • $40 application fee
  • Official copies of all university transcripts in English
  • A credential evaluation of all foreign post-secondary transcripts. We accept any service that is a member of NACES
  • English proficiency exam
  • Personal statement, resume, and letters of recommendation as required by your program
  • Copy of passport information page
  • Financial certifications and agreement of financial support, if applying for an F1 student visa

Fees and funding

The Felician University cost of attendance is an estimate of a student's educational expenses for a period of enrollment.

Students are automatically considered for a scholarship upon admission and an additional scholarship application is not required.

International Freshmen Scholarship

$9,500 - $18,000 per year

This scholarship is applicable toward your university tuition and is based on a complete review of your credentials.

Graduate Scholarship

International students entering a graduate program at Felician University are eligible for a $1,000 scholarship per academic year through completion of your program.
