Why study in Japan?

As the industrial and technical hub of Asia, Japan has been at the forefront of progress in many areas – from the bullet train to robots to telecommunications. The country also has a rich cultural heritage for students to experience.

Japan’s major cities are exciting but safe, and the quality of life across the country is good. Another attraction for students is the high standard of the country’s educational system.

What are the best programs in Japan?

Undergraduate degrees in Japan offer both four year bachelor’s and six year professional degrees. After completion of a bachelor’s degree, students will have the option to continue their education with a master’s of arts (MA) or master’s of science (MSc) degree.

Those studying for a professional degree will learn practical skills so they can go on to work in the field that their degree is in.

Unlike British or American university systems, which often work on a modular basis or include a Grade Point Average (GPA), the Japanese education system grades its students using just one or two assessments.

There is a variety of highly regarded institutions in Japan including specialist business schools, medical universities and engineering universities. Whether you’re looking to study for a bachelor’s, master’s, MBA or PhD, Studee can help you find the perfect place to study abroad.
