Life as an international student

The Student Life and Development office (SLD) at FUA-AUF will support you in all aspects of student life. They can assist with visas, housing, volunteer opportunities, medical services, and more. They also have a 24/7 hotline that you can ring if you ever have an emergency.

A dedicated program of orientation activities takes place before term starts, helping you to find your feet in Florence. SLD also runs a series of cultural integration events so that you can meet fellow students, share experiences, and form friendships.
