There is a wide range of undergraduate and taught master’s programs available from the school, with ongoing development of both discipline-specific and interdisciplinary teaching and research.
Belfield, the main UCD campus, is located in 133 hectares of parkland, close to Dublin's city center. The campus contains a mix of academic facilities, research institutes, libraries and archival collections, as well as residences, sports and recreational facilities for students. The University has over 70 student activity clubs and more than 50 sports teams to get involved with.

UCD can offer a range of support systems to international students studying with them. Over 600 international students within the College of Engineering and Architecture are supported by a network of student advisers, the Students' Union, and the UCD Access Center
The campus accommodation can facilitate 2,700 students, with residences varying from traditional halls of residence with shared kitchen and dining facilities, to catered accommodation and self-catering apartments for up to six students. Living on campus gives students a better sense of community when starting at the University, and the dedicated ‘Res Life’ program aims to build community spirit within the residence.
UCD offers a number of graduate scholarships for full-time, self-funding international students.
