CEFAM is a French-American business school (Centre d’Etudes Franco-Américain de Management) located in Lyon, France offering dual business degrees taught 100% in English. Students spend the first 3 years on the CEFAM campus, and a fourth-year at one of our partner universities in the USA or Canada.
CEFAM's partners are Northeastern, Temple, Rider, Siena, Pace, and the University of New Brunswick (UNB). The CEFAM degree is a general International Management degree, and the US degree is in whichever major you choose from the CEFAM partner university.
The business school aims to educate future decision-makers and managers who will use their skills in international companies after graduation. The city of Lyon has become a major European hub for culture and commerce, and a top city for students, yet still has the feel of a smaller town in parts, making it perfect for students new to France.
CEFAM is a member of the AACSB, and students receive the AACSB accredited BBA when they finish the dual degree program
learning can be student-focused and personalized
CEFAM is built on the basis of being international. In keeping with the American university model, the extracurricular activities make up a large part of student life. Participating in activities offers an exceptional opportunity to meet others for friendship or professional contacts.
Each CEFAM student is involved in one or more cultural, athletic, humanitarian or event-based activity each year they attend the school.
CEFAM’s academic program, based on the American model, allows students a large amount of flexibility in organizing their program. Students may take anywhere from 4 to 7 courses per semester and adapt the semester costs accordingly. A 3-credit course is billed 636 euros
