Oulu is a city in northern Finland, and is one of the world’s most northerly cities. It is known as a high-tech city, with free wireless internet access, and is home to a number of Finnish IT companies, including Nokia. There are two universities with their main campus in Oulu, the University of Oulu and Oulu University of Applied Sciences. Both universities are located near the center of the city but also have campuses with many amenities.
