Designed to develop your technical expertise through industry-relevant projects and a deeper understanding of current technology in the entertainment industry, this program enables you to continue in your current career while you broaden your expertise and marketability.

Coursework in this game audio master’s program includes a focus on effectively arranging audio assets for video game implementation; advanced training in the art and techniques of implementing music and audio together in a video game using middleware such as Audiokinetic Wwise and the Unity Game Engine at the intermediate to advanced level.

You will benefit from professional feedback, group experience with other musicians, and networking with professors. As you learn from experienced, award-winning faculty with industry-relevant expertise and build your portfolio, you will also complete a capstone project that highlights the skills you have mastered during the program. Prepare creatively and technically for positions in music departments at video game studios as a musician, composer, music editor and more.

Funding

The SUU International Student Scholarship Committee considers a number of factors when awarding scholarships including academic merit (GPA), geographic distribution, and financial need. Awardees typically have a 3.0 GPA. International Student Scholarships cannot be combined with other substantial SUU tuition scholarships.
