The Surgical Technician concentration will allow students to take specialized courses at Cisco College while enrolled at McMurry University. The Cisco courses will be transferred to McMurry to count toward the Bachelor of Science in Human Health Science. Upon completion of this concentration, students will graduate with a BS in Human Health Science, an Associate’s of Applied Science from Cisco College, and their certification in Surgical Technology once they pass their certification examination.

  • To be considered for admission, applicants must have satisfactorily completed high school (secondary school)

If you have a 3.5 GPA or are in the top 35% of your high school class, you are eligible for automatic admission

Postgraduate academic requirements

  • A baccalaureate degree from a regionally accredited college or university is required

Undergraduate Scholarships

    Range from US$15,000 to US$17,000 and are renewable for four years

  • Requirements

    International undergraduate students may be eligible for merit scholarships based on their secondary school GPA, test scores, or transferable college GPA. Scholarships are awarded on a first-come, first-served basis after admission. Post-baccalaureate students seeking a second degree are not eligible for institutional merit scholarships. Interested international undergraduate students are encouraged to apply for the McMurry University Honors program. International students who are accepted into the honors program may receive additional aid. Eligible students may submit Honors applications through the application portal after being admitted.
