Postgraduate academic requirements

MS Cybersecurity:

  • Four (4) year bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in computer science or a related field from an accredited college or university
  • Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale
  • Minimum GRE score of 295 (if required)

Energy Management MEM:

  • Four year bachelor’s degree (or equivalent degree) in science, applied science, or engineering from an accredited college or university
  • Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale
  • Minimum GRE score of 295 (if required)

MBA

  • Four year bachelor’s degree or the equivalent from an accredited college or university
  • Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale. In exceptional circumstances, applicants with an overall GPA between 2.75 to 2.99 (on a 4.0 scale) may be eligible to apply if they have a minimum of two years’ work experience with proof of employment to be submitted by the employer. These applicants will be considered on a case by case basis
  • GMAT score if your overall GPA is less than 3.0 on a 4.0 scale

MBA Entrance Academic Scholarship

  • Amount

    USD$6,000 towards their tuition.

  • Requirements

    Must have a minimum overall GPA of 3.1 (on a 4.0 scale) in the bachelor's degree program. Minimum overall score of IELTS (Academic) 6.5 or 88 TOEFL (IBT and Home edition) and 58 PTE (Academic). Must be a prospective student applying for MBA program.

Master of Energy Management – Academic Entrance Scholarship

  • Amount

    USD$4,000 towards their tuition

  • Requirements

    Must have a minimum overall GPA of 3.1 (on a 4.0 scale) in the bachelor’s degree program. Proof of English Language Proficiency if you have not completed your bachelor’s or master’s degree from an accredited North American institution. Must be a prospective student applying for the Energy Management program at New York Tech–Vancouver campus.
