CPC50220 Building and construction diplomas (Building) demonstrate the skills of building professionals in estimating, preparing and administering construction contracts, selecting contractors, monitoring quality of work, and managing construction work within buildings. These skills include applying structural principles, risk management, and financial management to construction.

Students will also be able to become familiar with the construction process through the CPC50220 Diploma of Building and Construction, including the planning, designing, and construction processes. Building and construction course also provides students with opportunities to improve their skills in project management, budgeting, and financial management.
