This program provides the student with a solid foundation in areas closely connected to the construction and renovation industry. The variety of skills acquired in this program will enable the graduate to be a valuable asset to any contractor. These skills include framing, roofing, siding, flooring, drywall, window and door installation, decks and outdoor structures.

Undergraduate academic requirements

General diploma programs admission requirement for international students are as follows:

  • Canada & USA

    High school diploma and transcript, or equivalent.

  • British education system

    General Certificate of Education showing passes in six (6) academic subjects (including English) at the Ordinary level.

  • Caribbean countries (English)

    High school diploma and transcript, or equivalent.

  • Philippines

    High school diploma (Grade 12) and transcript, or equivalent, or High School diploma (Grade 10) and a minimum of one year Post-Secondary education and Transcript.

  • West Africa (Nigeria, Ghana, etc.)

    WAEC (or NECO) transcript with online verifying scratch card number and PIN required.

  • South Asia

    (Pakistan, Bangladesh, Nepal, Sri Lanka, etc.): High school diploma and Grade 12 transcript.

  • India

Excellence in Global Leadership Scholarship

- **Amount:** Ten annual scholarships, each valued at up to CAD$10,000 - **Requirements:** Have a satisfactory academic standing (minimum GPA of 2.0 or higher). Awarded to ten deserving international students pursuing a diploma/degree program of study, based on demonstrated financial need, academic achievement, leadership skills, and merit through community service and/or extra-curricular involvement.
