BA(Hons) Business Management and Leadership is an applied degree for students who want to learn about the challenges of leadership alongside a solid foundation in business. 

The business management modules give context and a deeper understanding to the specialist modules.

Although leadership is one of the fastest-growing fields in higher education, not many universities in the UK offer it at undergraduate level.

Our organisation development consultant project, where you'll work as a consultant for local organisations, is also unique across undergraduate business management courses.

Admission requirements

Undergraduate academic requirements

  • At least 11 years of high school/secondary education for Foundation Certificate courses
  • At least 12 years of high school/secondary education for International Year One course

Postgraduate academic requirements

  • At least 3 years of higher education or equivalent for Pre-Master's courses

  • UKVI IELTS 4.0 to 5.5 (or accepted equivalent)

Postgraduate

  • UKVI IELTS 4.5 to 5.5 (or accepted equivalent)
