This qualification reflects senior management and service roles with team and business result responsibilities in banking or other deposit taking institutions, customer contact centres or retail financial services environments. At this level individuals are expected to apply specialist skills and knowledge in a range of situations to deal with complex situations and issues. They work across a broad range of technical or management functions with accountability for personal outputs and for team outcomes. Certificate IV and Diploma enrolled students who are studying offshore are eligible for a scholarship of $300 per subject. If such students enrol in all three accounting courses, they can receive a total scholarship of AUS$7,000, regardless of whether they are studying in Sydney or Adelaide.
Similarly, if a student is enrolled in Information Technology, they can receive a scholarship of AUS$3,600. If they have selected both courses, they can avail of both scholarships.
