Located in Kirkland, Washington and just east of Seattle, Lake Washington Institute of Technology (LWTech) is the perfect place to jumpstart your career in Illustration. As part of our School of Design, the Illustration program offers students the opportunity to earn an associate degree in Illustration followed by the Bachelor of Applied Science (BAS) in Applied Art - Illustration, allowing them to continue their studies and gain advanced knowledge in the field.

  • Have a high school diploma or equivalent.

All Applied Bachelor's degree programs have additional admission requirements:

  • Completion of requirements for an earned Applied Associate Degree, Direct Transfer Associate Degree, or equivalent from a regionally accredited institution in an appropriate area of concentration.
  • Associate degree with a minimum cumulative GPA across all college coursework of 2.5.
