On BA (Hons) Acting, we'll give you the practical insights, and help you build your motivation and self-discipline to support your in the notoriously demanding acting industry. Even the strong academic element is approached through practice in order to underline the vocational nature of this course.

Our recent graduates have appeared in feature films, BBC dramas, the West End, Shakespeare’s Globe and the Edinburgh Fringe Festival. You’ll learn the acting, voice, movement and singing skills you need as a creative artist, trying your hand at everything from classical acting to contemporary performance, on stage and on film.

Admission requirements

Undergraduate academic requirements

All applicants must have Level 3 qualifications, which will normally include at least one creative subject. We're looking for between 112 and 120 UCAS Tariff points

  • High school diploma or other international qualifications to an equivalent standard

Postgraduate academic requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree graded at 2.1 or above, or an equivalent UK or international qualification in your chosen subject or a related discipline

International Early Payment Fee Waiver For Foundation, Undergraduate and Postgraduate Studies: Early payment fee waivers are available to all students for every year of their studies who are not awarded an AUB bursary or scholarship.

Postgraduate

International Postgraduate Scholarship

    From £1,500 to £3,500

  • Requirements

    You must have been offered a place on a Postgraduate Program at AUB. You must be classified as an international student for fee purposes. You do not need to complete any additional forms and will be automatically considered for all scholarships and bursaries available once you have completed your application for your course of study.
