Student reviews for data science in France
All lecturers are experts in their fields, as if they can answer all of your questions. However, only some of them have good pedagogical skills since most lecturers focus more on research. Technical courses are generally good, in the sense that the theoretical parts are very illustrative. However, the exercise parts aren't aligned much with what is required in the industry. The workloads are a little bit too much to digest, but this is OK. Overall, with low tuition fees and a very high chance of getting a scholarship, studying at Eurecom has very high ROI ratio.
I like the program even though I have to study very hard but well deserved
I studied data science and machine learning. I learned a lot of practical things, the projects we worked on were close to real life projects. The courses were great but the program lacked courses about maths in general and statistics in particular.
The quality of the lectures are really high. The professors are really nice!
The lectures and professors were all really helpful. I’ve learned stuff which I’m still using in my job to date. They have the best curriculum which will teach you everything you need to know in your field.
