The value of this award is CAD$250 and it is sponsored by the International Office. The number of scholarships varies.

Qualifications

  • Students in first semester of studies at Sault College who behave begun studies in January or May
  • GPA 4.0

International Student Leadership Award

There are two scholarships available for this award with values of CAD$500 and CAD$750, sponsored by the International Office.

Qualifications

  • Students who demonstrate outstanding leadership and engagement on Campus, such as; outstanding contributions in the classroom, leadership roles in Orientation, Student Government, Clubs and Associations, and being a PAL (Pre-Arrival Leader)
  • Additional documentation required for this award

Returning International Student To A New Program Award

There are three scholarships available for this award with the value of CAD$250, sponsored by the International Office. One student each intake will be considered for this award.

Student Exceptional Expense Bursary

This bursary was designed to assist students who due to an "exceptional expense" are no longer able to balance their school term budgets. All applications are reviewed by the Committee. Normally the maximum allowable does not exceed CAD$500 per semester per person.

Qualifications

  • Students must complete an application form
  • Applicants must provide a written explanation of the exceptional expense incurred, the steps taken to resolve the financial issue and exactly what the monies requested will be used for
  • Available for full-time post-secondary students who demonstrate an unmet financial need due to an exceptional expense

International Student Post-Graduate Program Scholarship

There are two scholarships available for this award with the value of CAD$500, sponsored by the International Office.

Qualifications

  • Students enrolled in Post-Graduate programs (January and May start) after completing a Certificate or Diploma program

Post-Graduate Program Scholarship For International Students

The value of this award is CAD$500 and it is sponsored by the International Office.
