    Junko Leclair says

NIC is a beautiful destination with a friendly community of staff, students, and residents. It is a really great place to start your new life in Canada.

We want our students to succeed, whatever their definition of success is: so that they can step into the next stage of education or employment.

NIC provides quality education in a variety of subjects: business, accounting, tourism, adventure guiding, culinary, early childhood education, social services, digital design and development, and fine arts. We also offer the first two years of a university degree in arts, sciences, and engineering.

We take pride in the way we can individually support our students academically and otherwise. We provide individual support for admission, post-admission, settlement, academic advising, and immigration advising.

After arriving in Canada, students can easily access math and English support, peer tutoring, research help, employment services, mental health and counseling services, and more. All of our services are offered on a one-on-one basis so that students can feel safe when receiving support.

NIC graduates have gone in many directions and taken leadership roles in both public and private sectors and many of them remain within our community. We also enjoy seeing our students return to NIC to become staff, faculty, and administrators.
